Enquiries

To enquire about adding our bell tents to your event, please fill out the contact form with your preferred hire option and dates. We’ll email you to confirm availability, answer any questions, and provide payment details. We aim to respond to all enquiries within two working days.

A 25% deposit is needed to secure your booking. The remaining balance, along with a £100 security deposit for each tent, is due eight weeks before your event. If there’s no damage or extra cleaning required, we’ll refund your security deposit within seven days after the hire period.

By paying your deposit, you agree to our terms and conditions.
